Terms of Use

The web site Worio.com (the "Site") and its services (the "Services") are owned and operated by 4204549 Canada Inc. ("Worio"), a federally incorporated Canadian company. Users of the Site and Services (the "Users") are subject to the terms and conditions as set out below (the "Terms of Use"). Restrictions

User-posted content

Worio provides the Site and Services "as is" and without warranty, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except where a jurisdiction explicitly restricts such limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Worio makes no representation as to the appropriateness of the content on the Site or third-party content to which the Site and Services may direct you to. You release Worio from all liability that may result to you from exposure to such content.
